The Life Management Assessment is a holistic model examining the mental, emotional, physical, social, spiritual, and financial wellbeing of the veteran or caregiver. This allows for examination of both the big picture of what is occurring for the veteran or caregiver and the root of the problems which are holding them back. More detail regarding all aspects of the person can help to meet them where they are currently and address all of these areas to help them become “whole” again. Their immediate and long term needs are addressed by bridging the individual to the best resources: services from community partners, programs such as Empowerment Circles, PTSD 12 Step, alternative modalities such as music therapy, coaching, mentoring, etc. Life Management is designed to set individuals up for success and provide long term sustainability for the veteran and/or caregiver.
